Alex Heim Joins CBRE as SVP in Ontario Office

CBRE said Tuesday that Alex Heim has joined the firm as an SVP in the Ontario office. He will focus on industrial land, development, sales and leasing, and will work alongside Eloy Covarrubias, Joe Werdein, Garry Jenkins, Kathee Wozniak and Angie Churchwell in the land and development practice.

“Alex is an exceptional addition to our Ontario office and our land and development platform,” said Ian Britton, CBRE’s senior managing director. “His deep market knowledge and proven track record in one of the most active industrial regions in the country will bring tremendous value to our clients.”

Heim has more than a decade of experience in the Inland Empire industrial market. He previously spent 13 years with Lee & Associates in Ontario, where he served as SVP. During his career, he has transacted more than 1,000 acres of land sales, 12 million square feet of leasing and a development pipeline exceeding 15 million square feet. His client portfolio includes a range of national institutional owners and developers.
