Latitude Commercial Signs Indiana Lease with Orthodontic Group
Orthodontic Experts, a rapidly growing orthodontic practice, has signed a long-term lease to occupy space at 5991 Central Avenue in Portage, Indiana, further expanding its footprint in Northwest Indiana.
The transaction was brokered by Myles Rapchak of Latitude Commercial, who represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. “This property offers excellent visibility and accessibility along one of Portage’s primary commercial corridors,” said Rapchak. “Orthodontic Experts is a strong addition to the Central Avenue corridor, and we’re excited to see continued medical and service-oriented growth in this area.”
Orthodontic Experts provides braces, Invisalign, and other advanced orthodontic treatments for children, teens, and adults. Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services, including purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, and commercial property management, throughout Illinois and Indiana.
