Two Trees Management Co. has secured seven new office leases in DUMBO, signing Think! Architecture + Design, Group Project Design, Clarity Cubed, Rovi Health, Bonside, CTS Builders and Veda Tech. Totaling over 17,000 square feet, the leases contribute to the neighborhood’s growing community of architecture and design studios, consumer products and healthcare companies.

At 45 Main St., Think! leased 6,159 square feet; Bonside, represented by Avison Young’s Peter Johnson, leased 2,382 square feet; and Clarity Cubed leased 1,500 square feet. At 55 Washington St., Rovi Health leased 1,100 square feet, and CTS Builders leased 854 square feet. At 20 Jay St., Veda Tech, represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim and Brian Hay, leased 3,910 square feet, and Group Project Design leased 1,555 square feet.

Managing directors Alyssa Zahle and Elizabeth Bueno, associate director Nicole Serras and director Jarad Winter represented Two Trees in-house. “Building on a year of strong leasing momentum, DUMBO’s community continues to expand as creative firms co-locate within the new design district,” said Bueno.
