Cawley CRE Secures Multiple Leases at Chicago Industrial Campus

Cawley Commercial Real Estate has executed three new leases at 4800 & 4850 S. Kilbourn Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, a 237,694-square-foot industrial manufacturing campus owned by AIC Industrial.

Together, these transactions bring the campus to 42% occupancy. Cawley CRE’s Frank Melchert, Stevan Arandjelovic, and Simon Porras secured a 34,836-square-foot lease at 4800 S. Kilbourn Avenue with Chicago Metal Fabricators for a 36-month term. Situated on 8.58 acres and located within one mile of two I-55 interchanges, the property offers a combination of scale and flexibility for industrial and manufacturing users.

At 4850 S. Kilbourn Avenue, the Cawley team completed a 22,148 square foot lease with Chicago Moonwalks Inc. for a 60 month term and concurrently finalized an 84-month lease for the property’s 6,198-square-foot garage building with The Experts 1 HVAC Inc. Chicago Moonwalks Inc. was represented by Adam Roth and Wilson Starr of NAI Hiffman, while Alex Sutterer and Patrick Clifford represented Chicago Metal Fabricators, also NAI Hiffman.
