- ECR is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Steinberg to Managing Partner / Brokerage. In this role, Steinberg will lead and oversee the firm’s brokerage platform, guiding strategy, operations, and growth across the Austin commercial real estate market.
- Partners Real Estate has been appointed by Younan Properties to be the exclusive office leasing agent for Two Westlake, a 17-story, 467,000 square feet, Class A office building located within a premier campus in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The leasing efforts for the property will be led by Partners’ Connor Saxe and Michael Anderson.
- Partner Valuation Advisors (Partner) is pleased to announce that Mark Sadler and T.J. Smith have joined the firm as Executive Vice Presidents to establish and lead Partner’s newly formed Right of Way practice. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Sadler and Smith bring a combined 40 years of right of way, eminent domain, infrastructure, and litigation-support valuation expertise, marking a significant expansion of Partner’s national capabilities.
- LV Collective, a national developer and operator of multifamily and student housing assets, announced the appointment of Sean Spellman as chief development officer. As chief development officer, Spellman will oversee all development, construction, and entitlement functions across the portfolio, with responsibility for execution oversight, cost and schedule control, and enterprise risk management.
- DeSimone Consulting Engineering appointed structural engineer Jonathan Calton, PE, SE, as Senior Associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Areas of expertise include evaluating how buildings respond to extreme loading and designing resilient, efficient structural systems for such site-specific conditions, as well as modelling and automation.
- Oxford Partners announced the addition of Ryan Fassett as Senior Vice President in Houston. Fassett brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience with a primary focus on office and industrial tenant representation. His background includes advisory roles at UGL Equis and Moody Rambin, where he built a long-standing tenant practice, as well as prior experience at Lee & Associates. Before entering commercial real estate, Fassett worked as a materials engineer and investment banker, experience that continues to inform his approach to underwriting, financial analysis, and complex deal structuring.
