Investor Acquires 60K-SF Multi-Tenant Warehouse in Indiana

A 60,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial warehouse located at 500 E. Ridge Road in Griffith, Indiana, has been sold to an investor.

The property was fully leased at the time of sale, underscoring continued demand for stabilized industrial assets in Northwest Indiana. The seller was represented by Antony Miocic of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial, while the buyer was also represented by Brett McDermott, also of Latitude Commercial.

Situated along the Ridge Road corridor, the property benefits from strong regional connectivity and proximity to major transportation routes, making it an attractive location for a diverse mix of light industrial tenants.
