Three-Building Industrial Complex in Des Moines Sells for $110M

The Des Moines Creek Business Park in Des Moines, Washington, has traded for nearly $110 million. The buyer is affiliated with Dallas-based PRISA USA and Prudential Global Investment Management.

The seller is Los Angeles-based Clarion Partners, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The business park spans more than 25 acres between 2021 S. 208th St. and 2341 S. 208th St. in Des Moines, situated near major transportation routes such as I-5 and Highway 99.

The park is a three-building, 552,000-square-foot campus, and the property has changed hands multiple times since being developed in 2016 by an entity affiliated with Panattoni. Panattoni sold the complex the same year to LaSalle Investment Management for $46.5 million. That transaction was followed by LaSalle selling the development to Clarion in 2019 for $81 million.

The property’s tenants include K2 Skis, PODS Portable Moving and Storage Containers, Taylor Farms Northwest and Hearthside Food Solutions.

Don’t miss Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest— taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL.
