Blueprint Expands, Relocates to 10K-SF Central Loop Office
Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, an advisory firm focused on seniors housing and healthcare real estate, will relocate and expand to a 9,975-square-foot space at The Bell located at 225 W. Randolph in the Central Loop.
Savills Vice Chairman John Goodman and Managing Director Brandon Nasatir led the real estate process for Blueprint and were supported by Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg and Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz.
The Bell is an office redevelopment originally constructed in 1967 for Illinois Bell. The building features a 75,000-square-foot tri-level penthouse amenity center with a health club, pickleball courts, conferencing facilities, multiple tenant lounges and bars, and a rooftop deck. The building was repped by Jack O’Brien, Colton Riemenschneider, and Matt Whipple of The Telos Group.
“The unique location of The Bell, positioned between the West Loop and Central Loop, allows Blueprint convenient access to multiple neighborhoods, while the building’s new restaurant and roster of tenants will bring added energy to Blueprint’s workforce,” said Nasatir.
