Expansion, Renovations Planned for South Side Toyota Dealership

Toyota on Western announced plans for a major facility expansion and complete renovation of its existing dealership.

The $4 million renovation project includes the addition of approximately 4,000 square feet to the current facility, along with a full renovation of the existing space. As part of the expansion, the dealership located at 6941 S. Western Avenue will add four brand-new service lifts, significantly increasing service capacity and improving turnaround times.

Construction is scheduled to begin this spring 2026 and is expected to be completed before the end of 2026. The general contractor for the project is Peter Schwabe Construction and the architectural firm is Thomas Architects. The expanded and renovated dealership will feature improved service operations, enhanced technician workflow, and a more welcoming environment.
