OHT Launching 400-Unit Austin Multifamily Community
OHT Partners is building a 400-unit apartment project in East Austin. The project construction should wrap up in 2028. The seven-story building will be at 2730 E. Seventh St.
Community Impact reports that, of the project’s 400 units, 37 will be reserved for residents making up to 50% of the local median family income (MFI).
The complex features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 550 to 1,440 square feet. Units will all have private balconies or yards,.
Amenities at The Martin will include:
- An elevated courtyard with a pair of pools and a jumbotron
- Top floor fitness and wellness centers with saunas and cold plunges
- Resident club spaces throughout the community
- A dog park and grooming station
- Co-working spaces
- A golf simulator
- A multimedia and karaoke room
- Podcast rooms
- A rideshare lounge
