NAI Hiffman Brokers Industrial Building Sale in Chicago’s O’Hare Submarket
NAI Hiffman brokered the $2.6 million sale of 344 Beinoris Drive in Wood Dale, Illinois. The 20,541-square-foot freestanding industrial building sold for $127 per square foot.
NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Joe Bronson and Senior Associate Paddy Dwyer represented the buyer, an undisclosed metal manufacturing company that stores and distributes scrap metals nationwide.
“This acquisition is a transformative opportunity,” said Dwyer. “The combination of additional square footage, significant power infrastructure and a strategic location positions our client to meet rising demand and scale operations. The expanded storage capacity will allow them to handle more material and increase shipment volumes.”
The buyer will nearly triple its previous footprint of about 7,000 square feet, also in Wood Dale. With heavy power infrastructure and outdoor storage capacity, the facility enables the manufacturer to expand processing and storage while maintaining its established presence in the O’Hare submarket.
