RangeWater Building 7th Atlanta Rental Property
RangeWater Real Estate has broken ground at The Greene, a multifamily development in Lawrenceville, Ga., 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. This development is RangeWater’s seventh project in Atlanta’s suburbs and the company’s 28th in Georgia. RangeWater is developing the community in partnership with Kinea Investimentos, a Latin American investment company.
Spanning 21 acres, The Greene marks RangeWater Construction’s (the construction division of RangeWater Real Estate) fourth construction project. The community will feature 300 one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 728 to 1,321 square feet.
The Greene will deliver amenities, including a pool, biergarten, coworking pods, outdoor firepit, fitness area, pet spa and dog park, park area, and walking trails. The community’s clubhouse will be modeled as an expanded modern farmhouse.
The Greene is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
