Savills Represents Keller and Heckman in East End Office Lease Deal
Savills has represented Keller and Heckman LLP in a 57,186-square-foot lease at 1100 New York Avenue, NW, an office building in the East End owned by Pimco and Manulife.
The international law firm will occupy the entire fourth floor and an additional 10,000 square feet on the fifth floor of the building in spring 2027. Savills Vice Chairman Steve London and Associate Bella Alvarez advised Keller and Heckman in the transaction. JLL’s Vice Chairman, Evan Behr, and Senior Vice Presidents, Kristen Mathis and Mac Hall, represented the building ownership.
“After a comprehensive district-wide search, we are excited to have found the ideal new location for our headquarters at 1100 New York Ave,” said Jeff Keithline, Chair of Keller and Heckman’s Management Committee.
The firm, which has maintained a presence in D.C.’s East End since 1989, will relocate just a block from its current office in 2027. The 1100 New York Avenue building renovations include a fully renovated atrium lobby, a 12,000-square-foot conference center and a 9,000-square-foot fitness center.
