Peak Properties Managing Ravenswood Construction Project

Peak Properties has been awarded a management assignment for The Westerner at 2407 W Eastwood Ave in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago. The new-construction midrise features 40 renovated residential units and one commercial unit.

The property, delivered in 2017, is near many Ravenswood and Lincoln Square businesses, including the Lincoln Square Apple Fest and Lincoln Square Ravenswood Farmer’s Market. It is also located near ALDI and Jewel-Osco and several local grocery stores, such as HarvesTime Foods. The Westerner features renovated units, and the modern, luxury property includes large windows, private balconies, in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, a bike room, and elevator access.

“We’re excited to have a new-construction midrise in Lincoln Square and Ravenswood,” said Cory Eisenstein, VP of Property Management at Peak Properties. “We’re happy to see new developments in this market and to help the neighborhood grow.”
