Dinerstein, Maymont Submit Plans for 250-Unit Tampa-Area BTR Community
Dinerstein Cos. is partnering with Maymont Homes (photo) to build a 250-unit build-to-rent community in Land O’ Lakes. It will be the area’s first BTR community.
Plans were submitted to Pasco County to start work on the project at Bud Bexley Parkway and Sunlake Boulevard. The new complex will be adjacent to a 41-acre parcel planned for future retail development.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports the group acquired the 28.5 acres earlier this year for $12.5 million.
The site will include two- and three-bedroom residences featuring private yards, attached garages, and access to high-end amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, neighborhood parks, and a resort-style swimming pool.
The developers expect to start pre-leasing in late spring 2026, with the first homes available for move-in by the fourth quarter of that year.
