The Chevy Chase Land Co. Rebrands as CCLC

Chevy Chase Land Co., a Maryland-based commercial real estate firm, has rebranded and will be known simply as CCLC.

“Our new name and visual identity reflect who we are today: a principled, dynamic team committed to creating long-term value for our tenants, investors, and communities,” said John Ziegenhein, CEO of CCLC. “We’ve always embraced growth, and this next chapter allows us to build on our legacy while expanding the services and partnerships that will define our future.”

The rebrand honors the company’s history of developing more than 2,000 acres and 4 million square feet of office, retail, and residential space while signaling its evolution into a more robust commercial real estate investment and asset management firm, with expanded services and third-party asset management clients. CCLC plans to continue investing and developing across the region while actively leasing and asset managing properties within its portfolio.
