Regency Centers Developing Expansive Jax Retail Center

Regency Centers paid $8.46 million for a 345-acre parcel in Seven Pines in Jacksonville. Sawmill Timber was the seller.

The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that the property will become The Village at Seven Pines, a 242,978-square-foot village center located at 11870 Stillwood Pines Blvd.

The center will be anchored by Publix, and it will have 182,000 square feet of retail, which will include health and wellness, dining, retail, soft goods and more. LifeTime Fitness has signed on as a tenant.

The Village at Seven Pines is also planned to include future multifamily residential units and a hotel.

Regency Centers recently announced it will relocate its headquarters from downtown to The Village at Seven Pines, a three-floor office building surrounded by a retail hub.

Construction is slated to start in early 2026. The shopping center is currently leasing, and the first retailers are expected to open in 2027.
