Cawley CRE Arranges Lease of Roselle Industrial Property

Cawley Commercial Real Estate has completed the lease of the industrial property at 160 N. Garden Avenue in Roselle, Illinois, following its representation of the property’s sale earlier this year.

The 5.73-acre site, featuring a 28,964-square-foot maintenance facility and a 1,350-sqaure-foot standalone office, was acquired by Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), which subsequently appointed Matt Garland, Senior Vice President, Andrew Maletich, SIOR, Principal, and Theo Zacher of Cawley CRE as the exclusive leasing brokers. The Cawley team has now secured a long-term lease with National Trench Safety, a leading provider of trench and traffic safety equipment, for a term of 87 months.

IOV made significant renovations to the property, including upgrades to the building systems, refreshed interiors, and enhancements to the exterior yard and drive-through bays. The property features thirteen drive-through bays, a paint booth, a wash bay, and a gravel lot. Its proximity to major highways, O’Hare International Airport, and nearby rail yards, combined with favorable DuPage County taxes, makes it an ideal hub for industrial operations.
