New Empire Tops Off Construction on Centric Condos in Sunnyside East

New Empire Corp. has topped off construction on Centric, reportedly the tallest residential condominium project in Sunnyside East. The milestone comes a few months after securing a $1.512-million penthouse sale, the highest in Sunnyside and Woodside history, according to New Empire.

Centric is located at 58-01 Queens Blvd. at the intersection of Sunnyside and Woodside, immediately adjacent to Long Island City. The project delivers 131 luxury residences along with a full suite of lifestyle-driven amenities.

“With Centric now topped off and a historic $1.5-million penthouse contract signed, it’s clear this building has captured the attention of a new wave of buyers in Queens,” said Bentley Zhao, chairman and CEO of New Empire. “Sunnyside East is experiencing the same transformative energy we saw in Long Island City, and Centric stands at the center of that evolution, bringing Manhattan-level luxury to a vibrant and authentic neighborhood.”

Sales at Centric are led by the Bethoney Shen Team at Nest Seekers International and co-exclusive agent One Realty Global.
