BXP Completes 100K SF of Leases Across Seattle Office Portfolio

BXP announced approximately 100,000 square feet of leases at Safeco Plaza and Madison Centre, two workplaces in downtown Seattle.

The leasing agreements include fully furnished office spec suites for growing businesses in the professional services, financial services, technology, and corporate industries. BXP is represented by Damon McCartney, David Greenwood and Larry Almeleh of Broderick Group. “Safeco Plaza and Madison Centre are high-performance workplaces with modern amenities and direct connectivity to transit,” said Kelley Lovshin, Vice President, Seattle Regional Director at BXP.

Notable leasing activity encompassed 24,091 square feet at Safeco Plaza and 75,261 square feet at Madison Centre, including ten leases on spec suites completed this year across the two properties. Everbridge Law Group, MassMutual Northwest and Stackline are among the clients leasing space at Madison Centre, while Mead & Hunt, INABA and Bank of America will occupy space at Safeco Plaza.
