Lee & Associates of Illinois Negotiates Addison Industrial Building Deal

Lee & Associates represented Wahid Properties LLC in its $1.9 million purchase of 1460 Jeffrey Drive, a 15,524-square-foot warehouse and distribution building located in Addison, Illinois.

Jay Farnam, principal, and Peter Spear, senior associate with Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, who will occupy the property. Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the seller, Liberty Partners.

Built in 1984, the property spans 15,524 square feet and features 14-foot docks, one drive-in, and 17 parking spaces. The industrial asset is situated along Jeffrey Drive and Lombard Road.
