Landmark Properties, in a joint venture with Manulife Investment Management, delivered The Mark Knoxville, an 833-bed student housing community at 124 South Concord Street in Knoxville, Tennessee. 

Designed by BKV Group and with Landmark Construction as the general contractor, The Mark offers studios and five-bedroom units. 

The apartments feature kitchens with ample cabinet space, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and hardwood-style flooring. Every residence features fully furnished kitchens in units wired for internet and cable and offers in-unit laundry. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. 

The Mark’s amenities include a rooftop clubhouse and outdoor pool with Jumbotron, 24-hour study lounge, pickleball court, and fitness center. A 25,000-square-foot courtyard contains grilling stations, fire pits, and hammock groves, adding extra opportunities for recreation and relaxation for residents and guests. The property will offer an on-site parking garage for residents and a private shuttle to the UT campus.
