Qinetiq Renews Lease for Nearly 50K SF of R&D Space in Waltham

R.W. Holmes arranged a lease extension of 49,260 square feet of R&D space at Waltham Research Park, 358 2nd Ave. in Waltham, MA, by Qinetiq, Inc. The tenant is a defense and security contractor.

SVP Arthur Amadei of R.W. Holmes represented the landlord, Hillside Associates. Qinetiq was represented by Adam Schindler, vice chair from Colliers’ Washington, DC office, along with Jason Rexinis from Colliers’ Boston office.
