- Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) promoted Lizza Connor to Senior Vice President of Client Services. Connor will spearhead the enhancement and strategic alignment of HLC’s client relationships. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and team leadership, Connor’s responsibilities will expand to include client care initiatives, property management, and property accounting service lines.
- NAI Robert Lynn appointed Giancarlo “GC” Carriero as president of its Dallas Retail Division. Carriero brings two decades of commercial real estate experience, with transactions totaling nearly 2 million square feet and over $300 million in value. Carriero will be focusing on landlord leasing, tenant representation, and commercial land sales throughout the Dallas market.
- Christopher Lang has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director in the firm’s Project & Development Services service line. In his new role, Lang will lead industrial project delivery across Texas, driving strategic growth and client services while expanding PDS’s industrial construction and development platform across the region. Lang joins Cushman & Wakefield from Ryan Cos., where he was Director of Construction.
