BXP Completes Amenities Upgrade at 510 Madison

BXP has completed the new amenity spaces at 510 Madison, a 345,000-square-foot boutique office and retail building in Midtown Manhattan’s Plaza District. The upgraded spaces – which introduce approximately 16,000 square feet of new health, wellness, lounge and conference offerings – have supported strong leasing momentum at the building, with 80,500 square feet of leases signed since launching the new amenity offering.

Designed by STUDIOS Architecture, the amenities at 510 Madison are intended to appeal to today’s office clients. The development and design teams worked closely together to revitalize the gym in addition to spaces on the first and sixth floors.

“510 Madison delivers when it comes to a top-tier workplace experience,” said Hilary Spann, EVP of BXP’s New York region. “It’s in the heart of the Plaza District, and with the new amenities, outdoor terrace and flexible coworking and conference spaces, it’s built for how people want to work. The strong leasing momentum reinforces how well the building serves the needs of our clients.”
