RE Gain Acquires 176K-SF Tampa Offices
Net Lease Office Properties has sold Fountain Square III, a Class A, 176,150-square-foot, four-story office building located at 4900 Memorial Highway in Tampa, Fla.
Dale Peterson, Joe Chick and Courtney Snell with CBRE’s Tampa Capital Markets team and Will Pike with CBRE’s National Net Lease Capital Markets team represented the seller. Re Gain Investment Fund was the buyer. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports the building traded for $25.18 million. Ameris Bank provided a $12.59 million mortgage for the transaction. The building sold in 2010 for $27.75 million.
Developed by The Wilson Company in 1999 as a built-to-suit, the property has served as a main strategic service center for JPMorgan Chase for over 25 years. The company recently signed a new lease. Located adjacent to Tampa International Airport within Fountain Square Office Park, the office building offers access to the State Road 60/Veterans Expressway interchange and Interstate 275.
