Norris & Stevens Welcomes Tom Becic as VP of Office Properties

Norris & Stevens, Inc. has announced the addition of Tom Becic as Vice President, Office Properties.

A fixture in Portland’s commercial real estate market for over 40 years, Becic brings unmatched expertise in office leasing and tenant representation, having closed hundreds of millions in lease transactions for both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining Norris & Stevens, Becic spent 42 years with Melvin Mark Companies. His leadership includes serving as President of the Building Owners and Managers Association, where he earned the Most Valuable Broker Award and the Bill Roberts Memorial Award. His portfolio has included Portland landmarks such as US Bancorp Tower, Umpqua Bank Plaza, and Columbia Square.
