Cushman & Wakefield Named Leasing Agent for 430K-SF DC Office Building

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 1615 L Street, a 430,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C.

The 13-story property has undergone extensive base-building and amenity upgrades since 2018 and currently has approximately 300,000 square feet available for lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Katcher, Mark Wooters and John Skolnik are handling leasing at the property.

1615 L Street features a robust amenity collection, including a two-story fitness center, a 100-person conference facility, an outdoor rooftop and a new lobby with a café and bar. “With these attributes, 1615 L is exceptionally well-positioned to meet the expectations of today’s discerning tenants,” said Katcher.

In addition to high-end amenities and office space, the property also offers an unmatched urban location. Situated just one block from Midtown Center, 1615 L Street is accessible to the 45,000-square-foot retail plaza, as well as Farragut Square and its connectivity to two Metrorail stations, served by four transit lines.
