Hoffman & Associates Opens New DC Headquarters
Hoffman & Associates has opened its new headquarters in the heart of Northwest D.C.
The new 9,000-square-foot space, located at 14 Ridge Square in City Ridge, will serve as the company’s central hub. Hoffman & Associates will maintain space at The Wharf and their southeast regional office in Raleigh.
“Washington, D.C., will always be home for us, even as we grow in other markets,” said Monty Hoffman, Founder and Chairman of Hoffman & Associates. The new headquarters comes as Hoffman & Associates continues expanding beyond The Wharf and across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
Recently, the company collaborated with Sauer Properties to create a midtown community in Richmond. City Ridge is a 1.8 million-square-foot mixed-use development located on the historic Fannie Mae campus. It includes 360,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by D.C.’s first Wegmans and 690 residential units.
