Collected Strategies Signs 60 Madison Lease with Moinian Group

The Moinian Group has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease at 60 Madison Ave. in Midtown South with Collected Strategies, a strategic communications and investor relations firm specializing in high-stakes situations, including M&A, shareholder activism, corporate reputation, litigation and bankruptcy. Collected Strategies was previously located at 121 E. 24th St.

The Moinian Group was represented by Gregg Rothkin, Jared London, Hayden Pascal, Taylor Walker and Keegan Schenk of CBRE. Collected Strategies was represented by Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International.

“60 Madison offered Collected Strategies the rare opportunity to occupy office space in the highly desirable Midtown South market, steps from Madison Square Park, with attractive economics,” said Rothkin. “With tenants focused on their real estate requirements and starting to make long-term decisions, properties such as 60 Madison in great locations with exceptional ownership, will be the beneficiary.”
