Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Residential Care Facility in Portland

Norris & Stevens has brokered the sale of a residential care facility in Portland, Oregon.

The Pribeagu family recently completed the $5.3 million investment sale of the 16-room residential care facility located at 19909 SE Stark Street. Constructed in 2003 and zoned for 34 beds, the approximately 13,415-square-foot facility is comprised of two buildings on 1.42 acres.

David Chatfield with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the seller, and Lindsay Murphy with Apex Real Estate Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. Made up of three separate wings, the facility offers various amenities, including a full kitchen, three laundry rooms, an intercom system, office spaces, and a large community room.

All 16 rooms are fully furnished and ADA compliant with private bathrooms and individual temperature control. The facility also includes two storage sheds and approximately 3,000 square feet of substantial garage space.
