Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Indianapolis Office Property

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of 5455 W. 86th Street, a 24,362-square-foot office building in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The DiSalvo | Bender | Nulf Group, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.  “This transaction reflects the continued strength of the small office market in Indianapolis,” said Joseph DiSalvo, senior managing director of investments. “With a sale price well over $100 per square foot, this deal underscores the strong fundamentals in this segment and positions the buyer for long-term success.”

The fully leased, two-story building is located in northwest Indianapolis near I-465. Built in 1979 and fully renovated in 2020, it features modern finishes, a diverse tenant mix, and proximity to restaurants, retail and healthcare amenities.
