CapRock Enters Houston Market with 524K-SF Acquisition

CapRock Partners acquired the Kennedy Greens Distribution Center, a 524,199-square-foot, Class A industrial facility in Houston, Texas. The fully leased property marks CapRock’s entry into the Houston market and supports the firm’s ongoing expansion across Texas. Cushman & Wakefield represented the Janko Group as the seller.

Completed in 2020, Kennedy Greens Distribution Center’s tenants are Walmart, Cheniere Energy and MEI Industrial Solutions. Clay Development & Construction built the project.

Located on 29 acres at 13300 John F Kennedy Boulevard, the facility offers access to major transportation routes including Beltway 8, I-69/US 59, I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road.

CapRock currently has a pipeline of approximately 1.8 million square feet of industrial property acquired, under contract or in development across Texas. The firm continues to pursue strategic investment and development opportunities in key growth markets throughout the Western and Central U.S.
