  • Granite REIT has purchased a 124,500-square-foot industrial campus in Coral Springs, Fla. The asset traded for $36.4 million. The joint venture of Barings Real Estate and Arkadia Property Group was the seller. JLL’s Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, Taylor Osborne and David Orta Jr. worked on behalf of the seller.
  • Unicorp National Developments, based in Orlando, has been named the developer partner for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hammock Dunes. The 6.8-acre community, located at 2 Camino Del Mar Parkway, is the final large-scale residential opportunity within the Hammock Dunes master plan. South Florida luxury real estate developer BH Group is developing it. Construction on the towers is projected to begin in 2026 and be complete in 2027.
  •  Vertical Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive retail leasing broker for FAT Village, a 5.6-acre mixed-use redevelopment redefining the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Led by Hines and Urban Street Development, FAT Village blends residential, office, retail, and cultural space into a walkable district.
  • Curran Young Construction has officially broken ground on a transformative renovation and expansion of Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club. Located at 14500 Vista River Dr in Fort Myers, Florida, the project will expand the clubhouse from 29,810 to 42,600 square feet and introduce a complete interior renovation designed to elevate the member experience with a modern, sophisticated aesthetic.
  • EōS Fitness has signed a new long-term retail lease for a 35,000-square-foot facility at 525 W. Brandon Boulevard in Brandon, Florida. It’s set to open in 2027. EōS Fitness also signed a new long-term retail lease for a 49,865-square-foot facility at 2343 Curlew Road in Palm Harbor, Florida, currently occupied by JOANN Fabric and Crafts. Projected to open in 2027. The company also signed leases in Orlando and Oldsmar.
