Notable Franklin Office Building on the Block
TA Realty has placed a prominent Franklin office building on the market. Two Greenway, a five-story office building, last sold for $43.5 million at the end of 2019.
The office building, located at 302 Innovation Dr., was developed by Crescent Communities.
The Nashville Business Journal reports that the building recently signed a lease with a biotherapeutics firm that will use 23,000 square feet of the space.
The building, which sits on a 16-acre lot, offers around 115,000 square feet of office space, which Boyle Investment Co. is marketing. Around 44,000 square feet of office space is available for lease.
The asking price for the property was not disclosed. Crews Johnston, Samir Idris, David Meline, Molly Millard and Burch Mixon of the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield are handling the sales effort for the property.
