Zilber Trades Bradenton Rental Community for $92.1M
Zilber Residential built the Vida Lakewood Rancho apartments in Bradenton and has now sold the 304-unit complex to an undisclosed buyer for $92.1 million. The project is in Lakewood Ranch, a master-planned community.
Matt Mitchell, Chris Burtner, and Berkadia Central & North Florida led the transaction on behalf of Zilber.
Located at 11109 Vida Circle, the two-story, garden-style apartment community features one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 773 to 1,103 square feet. Individual apartments offer screened-in balconies/patios. Community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse with community kitchen, pool table and poker table, shaded game lawn and grilling areas, and walking trail surrounding a 4.5-acre lake.
Vida Lakewood Ranch is 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota and downtown Bradenton and approximately 40 minutes from the downtowns of Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Tampa International Airport.
