Transwestern to Oversee Leasing of 380K-SF Office Property in McLean
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been retained to lease Tysons Pointe, a two-building, 380,000-square-foot office property at 8300 Greensboro Drive and 1600 International Drive in McLean, Virginia.
Transwestern’s Spencer Stouffer, Tony Womack, Bernie McKeever Jr., and Megan Rearden will provide Agency Leasing services for the asset on behalf of the owner, a joint venture between Real Capital Solutions and Silverline Equities.
“Tysons Pointe is one of the business district’s most iconic locations,” said Stouffer. “We look forward to providing strategic guidance and creative solutions to new ownership and leveraging our market knowledge and relationships to retain and attract tenants.”
Tysons Pointe features a café, an indoor and outdoor tenant lounge, a fitness center, and a conference facility. Tysons Pointe is two blocks from the Greensboro Metro Station and sits next door to The Boro Tysons, a 5-million-square-foot lifestyle district with 250,000 square feet of retail anchored by Whole Foods and ShowPlace ICON Theatre.
