Portman Delivers First Phase of I-76 Trade Center in Philadelphia

National developer Portman has completed Phase I of I-76 Trade Center, a 636,120-square-foot logistics facility that marks the first milestone of the 1.9 million-square-foot industrial campus in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Alongside the delivery of Phase I, Portman will unveil Happy Days Park, a 36-acre public greenspace. Located on 169 acres in Philadelphia’s western suburbs, I-76 Trade Center offers prime access to regional and national logistics routes.

The three-building industrial campus will ultimately deliver 1.9 million square feet of logistics space, with proximity to the Philadelphia International Airport, Port of Philadelphia, and three intermodal rail centers. Construction on Phase II begins in July and will include a 1.1 million-square-foot facility and a 154,440-square-foot building.

“I-76 Trade Center is the continuation of our commitment to deliver high-quality industrial space in one of the most connected, high-growth regions in the country,” said Ken Skinner, Senior Vice President of Industrial Construction at Portman.
