Bendetti Makes First San Diego Industrial Acquisition

Bendetti, a national industrial-focused investor and asset manager headquartered in Irvine, announced the acquisition of a 72,158-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property located at 9605 Airway Rd. in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego. The acquisition marks the firm’s first industrial acquisition in San Diego.

Bendetti acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bryce Aberg, Louay Alsadek, Maddie Mawby, Charlie Jacobs, and Ryan Demarest represented the seller. Regan Tully, Erik Parker, Brant Aberg, SIOR, and Trent Smith of Cushman & Wakefield also provided local market advisory.

“San Diego continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals and long-term growth potential for multi-tenant industrial properties, making it an ideal fit for our portfolio,” said Bendetti director of acquisitions Jon Moyer. “The strategic location, asset quality and unit sizes position us well to meet the evolving demands of industrial users in San Diego.”

The property consists of four light industrial units ranging from 16,023 to 20,056 square feet. It is 50% leased to two tenants.
