Essex Lists Mixed-Use Apartment Building in Sheridan Park

Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group has been exclusively engaged to market for sale The Maynard at 1325 West Wilson Street, located in Chicago’s Sheridan Park neighborhood.

The 12-story mixed-use property anchors the Sheridan Park neighborhood and features four ground-floor retail spaces and 121 apartments above, offering a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units. Fully renovated in 2015, The Maynard features hardwood floors, black stainless appliances, and granite countertops.
