Ares Industrial Adds Two Tenants at Vista Business Park

Cushman & Wakefield represented Ares Industrial Management in executing two new leases totaling 157,289 square feet at the North County Corporate Center in the San Diego suburb of Vista. The new tenants include WESCO, which signed a full-building lease for 123,270 square feet, and Packaging Solutions, which leased 34,019 square feet. The new leases bring occupancy to 100%.

Aric Starck and Drew Dodds represented the landlord in both transactions.  Eric Walker, Rich Porreco and Justin Walseth of Cresa represented WESCO and Evan McDonald of Colliers represented Packaging Solutions.

“This institutional-quality project offers tenants a distinguished, high-image and highly efficient industrial workplace in the desirable North County submarket,” said Starck.

WESCO leased the entire freestanding building located at 2760 Progress St. and Packing Solutions leased the space located at 2765 Progress St., Suite B. The North County Corporate Center consists of five buildings totaling 493,898 square feet along Progress Street.
