Craft Brewer Expands San Francisco Presence into Mission Bay

JLL represented San Francisco Brewing Co., a craft brewing company founded in 2012, to a new 18,680-square-foot lease at 100 Hooper St. in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. The space was formerly the home of Seven Stills Brewery and Distillery.

San Francisco Brewing Co. will use the space to open a new restaurant, brewery and outdoor beer garden and provide a place for the community to host private events. The new location is scheduled to open in August, serving as a complement its Ghirardelli Square restaurant and brewery.

JLL’s Laura Tinetti represented San Francisco Brewing Co. in the lease. Landlord Kilroy Realty was represented by Tinetti, Ben Lazzareschi, David Kessler and Zach Haupert.

“Food and beverage sales in San Francisco have continued to surpass 2019 numbers with consumers’ increased desire to eat out and/or have a social experience,” said Tinetti. “San Francisco Brewing Co. was attracted to this Mission Bay location because of the area’s evolution into a vibrant live-work-play neighborhood.”
