Five-Suite Retail Plaza in Omaha Trades Hands

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Stonegate Plaza, a five-suite retail strip in Omaha, Nebraska for $2.4 million.

Stonegate Plaza is a 13,648-square-foot, fully leased retail center anchored by Sherwin Williams, which has occupied the property for more than 20 years. “We received strong interest in Stonegate Plaza, with multiple offers submitted,” said Austin Sweet, senior associate. “The seller ultimately chose a local investor who is deeply familiar with the Omaha market. With retail vacancy at historic lows, investor demand remains exceptionally high, and we expect this property to continue performing well as a stable, service-oriented center.”

Sweet, Chris Garavaglia and Alex Perez, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a North Dakota based investment group.
