Northern Builders to Develop Industrial Facility in Plainfield

Real estate developer and general contractor Northern Builders, will be developing a 30,600-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility in Plainfield, Illinois, for the Chicago-based healthcare consumables group, Pharmacy Automation Supplies.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason West, Sean Henrick and Ryan Klink represented Northern Builders and Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley of Lee & Associates represented Pharmacy Automation Supplies. Situated on approximately 4.38 acres at the corner of S. Wood Farm Road and Persons Parkway, the building will feature 7,000 square feet of office.

“Four years ago, we broke ground on our first building at Plainfield Business Park as part of a larger public-private partnership with the Village to develop first-in-class real estate assets that would help generate tax revenue and jobs for this growing community,” said Matthias Trizna, VP of Development for Northern. “We are thrilled to announce today that our last remaining parcel in the park will be developed for a local industry leader like Pharmacy Automation Supplies, who has been in business for over 100 years.”
