Marcus & Millichap, Lee & Associates Arrange Maryland Retail Sale

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 6822 Oak Hall Lane, a 39,096-square-foot industrial property located in Columbia, Maryland. The property sold for $7.75 million.

The property had been fully leased by Lee & Associates, and the two firms cooperated in the sale. “As investment sales specialists, we have formed great partnerships with other brokerage firms in the region,” said Bob Filley, senior vice president investments. “Achieving a strong price per square foot highlights investor confidence in well-located, versatile assets like this one, especially as ownership continues to target retail-oriented tenancy.”

Filley and Arvin Gholamrezae, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C and Balitmore offices, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors. The buyer, Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners, was unrepresented in this investment sale transaction. Allan Riorda, Marley Welsh Black, and Samantha Eckels handled the assignment on behalf of Lee & Associates.

The property is a flex industrial building situated in Columbia’s established business corridor, offering a mix of office and warehouse space with dock and drive-in loading. Located near Route 32, I-95, and Route 29, it provides direct access to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.
