Colliers Adds Jeff Williams to Region Industrial Division

Colliers announced that Jeff Williams joins the Colliers Philadelphia office as an executive vice president in the firm’s industrial division. He will report to Brian Hilger, executive managing director and brokerage market leader for the greater Philadelphia region.

Williams will also join Colliers as a senior partner of the Golarz Industrial Team. With Williams’ arrival, the team established by Mike and Tom Golarz will now expand to seven members, providing comprehensive solutions to institutional industrial clients in the Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey region.

His areas of expertise include tenant representation, disposition, acquisitions, corporate consulting, build-to-suit transactions, development consulting, development acquisitions, and investment sales.

Before joining Colliers, Williams served with a number of major brokerages in Pennsylvania, most recently JLL, where he was Senior Managing Director of the Northeast Industrial Region, serving a four-state market comprising roughly 1.54 billion square feet.
