Fernley logistics park attracts Microsoft

Microsoft Buys 300-Acre Nevada Data Center Site

Mark IV Capital sold 300 acres within its Victory Logistics District to Microsoft. The Victory Logistics District is a 4,300-acre master-planned industrial and logistics hub in Fernley, Nevada. The facility is expected to bring investment and job creation to the region. It offers access to reliable power infrastructure, service from multiple fiber optic providers, and scalable land options.

Mark IV’s Evan Slavik added, “We see this as a major step toward many data center developments at Victory, and we look forward to continuing to attract industry-leading enterprises that will drive economic growth to the region.”
