Nashville Office Building Bought by Lender

The Commerce Center East office building, located in Nashville at 100 Centerview Drive, was bought by Prime Finance Partners, its lender.

The Nashville Business Journal reports Prime purchased the office building for $19.5 million through a credit bid, which allows a lender to bid the amount they are owed on a property.

Albany Road Real Estate Partners was the previous owner of the office property. In 2016, Albany Road bought the 239,000-square-foot building for $42.5 million. The three-story building was fully leased at the time.

The Commerce Center East office building is home to the headquarters of HireRight Holdings Corp.

In 2021, Albany Road secured a $36.9 million loan on the property from Metlife Investment Management, the original lender. Metlife transferred its interest in the property to Prime Financial Partners, which then became the new lender of record.
