AI Firm cove Rolls Out Architecture Practice

Atlanta-based cove, an AI for architecture company, has introduced its full-service architecture practice, Cove Architecture. Designed to spur a new era of architecture, this division is powered by a two-part AI framework that will help reshape how teams design and deliver buildings, according to cove. The architecture practice has already completed its first project in Atlanta.

“When we started cove, we began by building software for others to optimize costs, compress timelines, and meet performance standards,” said Sandeep Ahuja, co-founder and CEO of cove. “Over time, we realized that the best way to showcase the true potential of our technology was to use it ourselves, end to end. Today, that technology forms the bedrock of our architecture services – rather than just offering tools, we guide projects from concept to completion.”

For its first project, Cove Architecture designed a multifamily complex located at 1247 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood in just 15 days. Consisting of 15 row houses, the project leveraged the power of Vitras.ai and ARK_BIM to set benchmarks in design efficiency, including a 60% reduction in design timelines, early-stage cost estimates that hit 95% accuracy, and a 40% cut in design iteration expenses.
