LivAway Suites picks Mesa for its 6th AZ location

Extended Stay Hotel Group Buys Mesa Parcel

West77 Partners is planning a LivAway Suites Hotel in Mesa, one of six it wants to build in Arizona this year. The site will be near the corner of Greenfield and Baseline Roads. AZBEX reports the company plans to spend over $100 million in Arizona on its six properties and wants to have all six sites under construction this year. West77 is the developer of the Mesa project. South Real Estate owns the land.

Like other LivAway Suites developments under construction in the area, the Mesa Greenfield location does not include a pool among its amenity offerings. Company officials had previously said guest surveys showed minimal demand for the feature, and implementation and maintenance add significantly to costs.

West77 Partners currently has two other 126-room LivAway Suites hotels under construction in the Valley: one on Alzora Way in Tolleson and another on 99th Avenue in Glendale.

LivAway Suites is an extended stay hotel chain, which offers discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
